For the second year we are organising the Sports Zone which will also feature Worcestershire County Cricket Club, Worcester Rowing Club, Worcester Race Course, Flics Gymnastics, Worcester Table Tennis League, Boughton Park Tennis Club and The Worcester City Council Sport, Art and Play Team.

We'll be there running football activities for all ages so come along & join in and support this great local event!

The Worcester Show runs from 10am-5pm in Gheluvelt Park, Barbourne Road, Worcester.

The Show which was formerly the Worcester Flower Show has over 80 stalls.

It has even more competition classes in the Floral, Cakes & Preserves and Handicraft sections, with many more in the Fun and Creativity categories. So whether you have entered your prized flowers, vegetables, culinary masterpieces, photographs or crafts in the competitive classes or you wish to browse the displays, take part in the interactive workshops or simply wander through the market street stalls – The Worcester Show is the place to be!

A new class in the Photography section is a “Selfie” with a Worcester landmark, and it has been proposed that a new entry for 2016 will be a photograph taken at this year’s show, so if you have a camera or smart phone, look out for that prize winning shot and you could be one of our winners next year.

This year the Craft marquee is bigger than ever, with extra space for photographic displays. It also includes a demonstration cookery theatre where you can watch the creation of delicious dishes.

If you prefer to concentrate on gardening, join in Gardeners’ Question Time with BBC Hereford and Worcester’s own Reg Moule and Mike George later in the day.

There will be a wider range of food and beverage outlets, catering for all tastes. The Pump House Environment Centre will be open as usual, where you will be able to have a cuppa.

If you come by bike, don’t forget you can have them securely stored whilst you visit the show.
