Shareholders are reminded that the Annual General Meeting of Worcester City Football Club Limited will be held on Thursday 28th January 2016 in the Gheluvelt Suite, Whitehouse Hotel, 62, Foregate Street, Worcester WR1 1EA commencing at 7.30pm.

Admission to the Annual General Meeting will be strictly restricted to shareholders either by the presentation of their letter of invitation, share certificate or some other form of identification showing their name and address. These details must match those held in the company’s share register.

At the conclusion of the AGM a presentation will be held to enable the discussion of any issues which have not been covered as part of the formal business. This will be open to both Shareholders and non-Shareholders.
