City face AFC Fylde tonight at Aggborough 7.45pm kick off

It will be the first of two tough games within the space as five days as top of the table Barrow also make the journey to Aggborough on Saturday.

City go into tonight's game after a good spell of results but will be up against one of the best sides in the Vanarama Conference North who currently sit in second place, three points behind Barrow.

The statisticians might have this game down for a 0-0 draw with the two best defences in the League but City will be acutely aware of the reverse fixture earlier in the season when Fylde were convincing 4-0 winners at Kellamergh Park.

City's injury woes continue with Danny Jackman out and likely to miss the rest of the season after being stretchered off during Saturdays 1-4 win at Solihull Moors adding to the long list of injuries.

With Wayne Thomas moving onto the The New York Red Bulls & Shabir Khan still suspended it will be a tough game but City have been up against it before and resilience is a key characteristic of the team and will welcome the test.

Fylde come into the game on the back of Won 2 Drawn 3 and lost 4 of their last 9 games whilst City have Won 5 Drawn 2 and Lost 2. Fylde's latest result was a 2-2 draw at Chorley on Saturday.
