City came back twice to earn a point in an entertaining match which ended 2-2.
City got off to a bad start at Aggborough going 0-1 down in the 1st minute after Nick Rushton prodded home from close range.
Sean Geddes scored the equaliser with another Goal of The Season contender before Jack Thomas put The Pitmen ahead again on 35 minutes with another screamer.
City pulled square again on 70 minutes when Mike Symons scored from a tight angle and the City fans thought all three points were heading their way when Wayne Thomas scissor kicked into the goal, only to be denied by an offside flag.
