Keeper Departing & First Team Coach Update

City manager, Carl Heeley has been informed that Nathan Vaughan will be moving on this summer.

The shot-stopper made Heeley aware that he will be heading to Solihull Moors for National League football.

"Nathan informed me last week that he's had an offer to join Solihull Moors." says Carl Heeley. "He feels that he wants one more crack in the Vanarama National League - We understand his reasons. It's mightily disappointing but we wish him all the best. He has given us some great memories as part of the team that beat Coventry and took Scunthorpe all the way."

Also, talking on the appointment of a new first team coach following the departure of Matt Gardiner, Heeley said, "discussions are at an advanced stage, so hopefully in the next week or so, we will be in the position to announce the appointment."
